Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how SafariCalc may be used by travellers, safari operators and other users.
Permitted Use
You may use SafariCalc only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and these policies.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Publish fake safari itineraries.
- Publish misleading prices.
- Misrepresent your company.
- Upload copyrighted material you do not own.
- Submit fake reviews.
- Attempt to manipulate search rankings.
- Use bots to scrape SafariCalc.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Upload malware or malicious code.
- Distribute spam.
- Harass other users.
- Violate applicable laws.
Artificial Intelligence
Operators may use AI tools to assist in preparing content, however they remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all published information before making it available to travellers.
Copyright
Users must only upload photographs, logos, descriptions and other materials for which they own the rights or have permission to use.
Enforcement
SafariCalc may suspend or permanently terminate accounts violating this policy without prior notice.
Content violating this policy may be removed immediately.
